In Romans, Paul provides a framework of understanding for his readers that is intended to shape our theological understanding as well as our actions and attitudes. Specifically, he points us to Jesus who is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes. The truths in Romans chapters one through seven (sin, salvation, sanctification) form a foundation for vibrant faith and faithfulness.
